Field Value Not Same Despite Constant Framerate?

I used Handbrake on all my files, then used the video encoder. For some reason only one of these files are having an issue. I get the error "The field value is not the same throughout the file. [Field name: frmsizecod, Field value: 31, Previous value 30, Frame number: 8208]" and "Error adding audio asset!" I even made sure to Set the framerate as "Constant Framerate" 30 fps. Despite this, the same error keeps appearing.

For BD 30 fps is not suitable - 29.97 only.
Basically, Tools -> Video encoders should encode compatible video.

I did the same proces of using Handbrake to Set the framerate as "Constant Framerate" but this time 29.97 fps. Then I used the Video encoder in the Blu-Disc Studio tools. But I still got the same error message regarding the video and audio.
