Problems with Muxer (MUI Generator not found at . error)

Hi - I've just downloaded the trial version of Blu-Disc Studio and received the Activation Key yesterday. I'm going through the video guide 'How to create a professional looking Blu-Ray' on the website and everything works fine until I try to open the scene editor by double clicking on the movie, at which point I get the error 'MUI Generator not found at . Check program options (Tools - Options)'. When I click OK I get another error 'It's impossible to load frame-index for movie xxxx'.

After reading another post here I figured it was something to do with the muxer? So I selected 'Mux by Internal Muxer' from the dropdown but get the same second error message. I then tried downloading tsMuxer and selecting 'Mux by tsMuxer' but when I double click the movie the whole programme crashes. Am I doing something wrong or missing out an action somewhere?

From what I've seen so far this looks like it could be a powerful piece of software, but I really would like to evaluate it (and be assured its all working fine) before I go ahead and purchase.

The latest may not work (I hope I fix it within 2 weeks)

Well, I tried that version of tsMuxer - downloaded, installed and told Blu-Disc where to look, but unfortunately the same thing happens: I double click the movie to open the scene editor and the programme crashes.

You mean the video I was using in the project? Sure - how should I do that? Wetransfer?

I can't reproduce this problem. Your video opens fine in the Scenes editor. What version of BDS are you using? Try the latest beta. Additionally - open Project properties, click "Delete all index files" and try to open this video again.

Thanks for the response. I've just tried deleting the index files but it made no difference. The version of BDS I'm using is the one you included as a link in the email containing the activation key. I'm wondering if that's the version that doesn't include BD Muxer? Should I uninstall it and download the version with BD Muxer?
