Blu-Disc Studio MX: Muxing Error

I keep getting the following error message when trying to compile using the built-in muxer in version 2.0.121 installed on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

[ERROR] Video stream in "Main Menu" not specified!

It is true that I do not have a video stream specified for the Main Menu, but the Blu-ray spec does not require a video stream for menus, and I don't want a video playing in the menu. So I'm confused about why I would get such an error message.

Can anyone help?

At this time BDS doesn't support menu without background video. Is this really necessary?

I'm truly stunned by that answer. Granted, many Hollywood disks have menu movies, but I'd wager the overwhelming majority of small company productions don't.

Well, yes it's really necessary. I don't have any video for the menus. I don't want any video for the menus. Certainly it's not required by the Blu-ray spec itself.

Well, I'll think about how to add it, but the development is not too fast at the moment (the to-do list have quite a lot that needs to be done).
