Menu music not working?

In the menu's audio setting, the music never plays. I've tried various methods such as it being ac3 or wav. But still doesnt work.

It is hard to say what is wrong with your project without seeing it...
Which player are you using?

Player as in dvd player? I'm using a playstation 5 as a test due to not owning a dedicated bluray player. Or if your talking about the type of Studio I'm using is UHF 4.7.3.2371. The menu's video is working, just not the audio

Are you using an internal muxer? Could you send a minimal example that reproduces an issue?

I've used the UsEac3To tool to extract the menu audio then placed it in the menu's settings. Yes, I'm using internal muxer to compile the dvd. An example in regards to the issue is for instance: when I boot dvd and the main menu appears. The main menu's video properties are working but no audio/song is coming out.
