by default chapters are added at the key frames - BDS searches the nearest keyframe before adding the chapter
so if nothing was added - there is a chance that the new chapter is too close to the existing chapter - the same keyframe

The first chapter is 00:00:00:00. The default one at the very beginning. The chapter I'm trying to at is at 00:02:27:02. So is shouldn't be too close. I've even attempted the "Generate Chapters" button, and it still doesn't work
