BDCMF export not logged

Hi Alexey,

I have been exporting multiple BDCMF folders this week. Usually I would expect a successful export to be noted in the log, but today this is no longer happening. The folders have been created and everything seems fine, but the log doesn't recognise it. Can you explain this, and should I be concerned that my BDCMF folders have not been exported successfully?

Hi Alan,

Well... that's not good. BDS just reads log_bdcmf.txt that should be created in the project folder by BDCMF module and shows it in the log.

Could you please restart the computer and try again?

Hi Alexey,

I restarted the computer earlier today but it made no difference, it’s still not logging the export. It does create the folder and I’ve burnt a disc from the UD.DAT (as an iso) and that seems fine. I just don’t understand why the logging has stopped happening.

If I mux the project this is shown in the log, it just doesn’t show the BDCMF export.

I will try again tomorrow.

If this is 100% reproducible, you can send me the muxed folder that you are using to create CMF.

Hi Alexey,

I think I've discovered the cause of the problem. Prior to exporting the BDCMF I took a screen-grab of the settings window and saved it in the same folder as where the BDCMF was to be exported to.

I have since re-exported the BDCMF without saving the jpeg and the 'successful' message is now displayed in the log.
