internal muxer does not support wav files with additional fields

Good afternoon,

I have been supplied with two wav files. Both are 48 kHz / 24 bits. I have added them to my project but when I attempt to 'Mux by internal muxer' I get this message:

'Internal muxer does not support wav files with additional fields or extended FMT field'

I am using version 4.6.0.2079. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Alan,

This message was added for the old version of the muxer. The actual version should work fine with such WAVs. If after clicking "No" it muxes without errors - you can disable this message in Project properties -> Streams -> WAV with extended FMT (at the very bottom).
