Cannot import CSV for scenes/chapters

Hello! I have exported from Premiere chapter markers in CSV and for some reason, it will not import into my project. I had no issues with the previous project and everything appears to be the same in the excel sheet in terms of format. I'm at a loss. I know I can do it manually, but it's a 2.5 hour project

Hello!

There are 2 options - "Import CSV" and "Import CSV (stream time)" - did you try them both?
And in the Open dialog at the right bottom corner you can see a filter: "Without start time offset" / "With start time offset" - you can try the second option here as well.

If this does not help - I need the video and CSV file to understand and fix the problem.
