Does anyone know how long it takes to get a response to the form submission on purchasing BDS, or how the process works?

Usually 1 day. It looks like your request failed due to an email address validation (will fix it). Does your email start with "tz"?

Hi I downloaded bludiscstudio Uhd for a trial and sent my hardware ID to
bludiscstudio@dvd-logic.com but I've not had any reply.
Thought I'd got the email address wrong .

The problem was with a mailbox - out of limited space.
