Seamless Branching Demux Options BD Reauthor

Hello Guys
I would like to ask is there any way of incorporating a Seamless Branching Batch Demux into BD Reauthor Pro 3D preserving the individual file/s but being able to say Demux the Core Audio from a DTS-HD MA 5.1 Audio ?
By this I mean using the option: Destination Assets Path: Create Video/Audio/Subpictures M2TS assets files in separate folders according to Clips names.
Recently I have been working on some seamless branching projects and due to wanting to preserve the video quality and Space on BD50 Disc, I have had to extract the Core 5.1 1509Kbps Audio from the Original DTS-HD MA 5.1 Audio.
Is or would there be any way to put this demux option within the GUI of BD Reauthor or BD Author ?
So far I have had to use eac3to within MeGui to demux the Core Audio and it takes a long time to do each individual File. I think this would be a great addition to the GUI of both programs if this could be in some way incorporated as an option prior to demux of all data on the disc
Thank you for taking the time to consider my request
Regards
Ross
