Alexey,

As the videos I included show, on my PS4 Pro there is a slight delay in the audio when both intro movies transition to their menus. It’s not affected visually but the audio is not seamless. This is not an issue on my standard PS4 or PS5.

Alexey,

If you watch the two movs that I included, you’ll notice on ‘PS4Pro’ there is a slight delay in the audio at 7 seconds into the main menu. This is the transition point. On ‘PS4’ you’ll notice the delay is not evident, it plays through seamlessly (as intended). I appreciate this is unlikely to be an issue with the software, I’m just concerned as to why it’s happening.

Ok, I see that this happens even with the "Intro Movie".

I would recommend to try to convert video to AVC (h264) and audio to AC3.

And which muxer did you use to mux the disc?

PS: regarding buttons navigation - I'm still investigating, don't see any issues.
Best regards,

Hi Alexey,

Thanks for the recommendations, I will try this. I used the internal muxer.

Also, thanks for looking at the potential navigation problem. As I’ve stated, it’s not been an issue on the 5 players I’ve used.

Alan.
