For demux I use tsMuxer. For encoding I use this cmd file https://blu-disc.net/download/x264_cmd.zip

Download, place it to the folder that is specified in the path. Place x264.exe encoder here too. Run cmd.exe, type x264.cmd and press enter - it will show you the used parameters. Square brackets mean optional parameters.

Steep learning curve with 264 encoding with so many options, why does the code on http://www.x264bluray.com/home give me verible frame rate surly constant frame rate is more stable.
