Copy/Past anim

Is there a way to copy/past animation in the Properties panel (anim left, anim right, enter...). On the action matrix there's buttons for that, but when I click right and select "copy" on the properties panel on an anim, it doesn't do anything.
If that's not implemented, it would be a big time saver.
