Those setting did the trick, all works fine with the import and export.
Thank you

Re: DVDLogic has made unprecedented steps to support DoStudio users making the transition to KITe as comfortable as poss
I imported an Indie studio project into KITe Java and exported out to a disc and the only thing which didn't transfer was how the menus behaved.
The KITe Java handles menus like a HDMV project would and not how DoStudio BD-J handles menus.
Did I miss a setup preference in KITe Java?

Re: DVDLogic has made unprecedented steps to support DoStudio users making the transition to KITe as comfortable as poss
"Comfortable as Possible" is an understatement, I have used DoStudio Indie for authoring retail Blu-rays for 8 years now and have just started to explore KITe Java 2.8 suite, WOW..... that was an easy transition, I had a simple Blu-ray disc within 1/2 day with more menu animation than I have ever do...

Dolby Vision encoding - What do you use?
What are people who don't have access to the Sirus Pixel / Ateme Tian budgets use to encode the variations of Dolby Vision files?

Re: UHD 4K encoding to .265 with x265.exe / FFMPEG
I've had good luck using "libx265" in FFMpeg rather than the separate x265.exe, make sure you have a recent FFMpeg version and try these command lines: Thank you for those command lines, running them as we speak. Do you know if there is any real world difference in the resulting encode using the "l...

Re: UHD MENU'S
I too was curious why 3840x2160 was giving me a error message in IGEditor, so for maximum menu "sharpness" would this be the best combination - background (bottom) = 3840x2160 72dpi - video = 3840x2160 72dpi - menu (top) = 1920x1080 72dpi. (I persume the top layer is stretched to 3840x2160?) Do I ha...
