Here you are setting GPR[10] to 1 every second - why? what is a purpose of this?1- Mainmenu = Action Every Second

You mean that resume request is shown above the main menu, right? Well... you should do it manually - there is no such "feature".

Total size in KITe Java is just an estimation. It is approximately. The only way to get the actual size is to multiplex it.
